What can I say about this tiny little affordable wonder?It's great if you're feeling stressed or having a bad day with just enough functionality to bring a smile to your face. You won't find elaborate features, it doesn't try to be more than a momentary novelty. It's not something that is going to sustain your interest for more than a few minutes at best.The flashing red light on top and LEDs inside the trap are just enough to give you that feeling of ghost bustin' joy from the films. With a press of a button the trap opens with flashing lights and ghost trapping sound effects, then you press it again to close it. Great sound despite the speaker being on the bottom, vibrant lights (red flashing light, orange static light, two non-flashing LEDs inside the trap), and a fun little sticker book as a companion piece. Just the right size to fit perfectly on an office desk and impress your friends!Other than the doors, there are no moving parts on this model. You're not going to find multiple features on this little trap or super screen accurate details, but just enough to feel authentic to the Ghostbusters brand. Make sure you flick the on-off switch on the bottom on too before use and keep it turned off when you're not using this unit to preserve the battery life. Once you "trap the ghost", the little red indicator light on top doesn't stop flashing, till you turn the whole unit off.If you like trinkets that give you flashes of nostalgia or something small to entertain a little Ghostbustin' recruit in your life, I'd highly suggest picking this little miniature beauty up.Please check out other reviews for pictures and videos to see this lil device in action!

Got this as a gift for my Ghostbusters loving nephew. The lights and sound effects are fun and it's easy to operate. He also loved the little sticker book that came with it. Great value for what it is!

Love the sound effects and the buttons

This review would have been a 5 star but unfortunately I have to complain about the quality control issue with this item. This is my third one and have returned two others in hope this doesn’t happen again or perhaps I will have to apply some glue beforehand.The bar holding the two panels falls off due to lack of glue after a few times of activating the trap.This is a wonderful item including the proton pack but hopefully this wont be a strike three on this one, be care while playing.

THIS IS SO AWESOME AND ADORABLE AND PERFECT FOR OUR 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER (WHO YES), LOVES GHOSTBUSTERS BECAUSE OF US LOL.It’s a “mini” but does and makes all the same sounds. When she uses her proton gun (which we also purchased on here), she puts the mini trap down and does a perfectly good job getting those “ghosts” into the trap lol.I saw two reviews on here from two women who made me laugh.They both complained about how small this was.Do people not read the descriptions or look at the size and dimensions of a product before purchasing it?That’s like blindly buying a shirt or a pair of pants without even looking at what size you’re choosing lol.Since now “Ghostbusters afterlife” came out and all of a sudden Ghostbusters items are flying off the shelves again like hotcakes.It’s adorable and it’s especially good enough for a child..I don’t think they even realize or care or they don’t even know the difference whether it’s huge or not. They’re just happy.And even just for a collector to put on your shrine!! Read the sizes before you purchase some thing, some good advice right there..
