NC Classic NES Controllers for NES 8 Bit Entertainment System Console Control Pad(2PCS)

I'm pleasantly surprised. Always weary about buying third party controllers, but these are awesome, way better than hyperkin or any of the other garbage out there.

Works on the retron 3. Trust me you need them because the wireless that came with it is horrible. Though I will not say they are better than original, they are still very good and very well made. I was able to make my way through contra with these not as precise as the original but plenty good enough for a nostalgia trip to my childhood.In all honesty they work pretty good we'll one does I have not tried the second controller yet.The buttons do have a nice tactile feel to them. The cord is decent but I did order two 6ft extension cords to go with these.Awesome value for the money.I do not believe you will be disappointed with these.So far I have played contra and Jackle with this controller and it handled those shooters well. Good enough to dodge the enemies with good enough precision to enjoy the games.Have not tried with Mario yet.Hope this helps.

Ordered these for my the Original NES. I was given this NES for Christmas when I was a kid. These do fit the plugs. No problem there. Also, the games that I have played all worked flawlessly with these controllers. No glitching for the 5hrs that I have put on them so far.

Works perfect on my mother’s game. She loves the old-school games.

I have a classic NES with one good controller and one that's not the best. I figured I'd get 2 new controllers but these are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! The controller is clunky,makes a ton of loud clicks when using them and you can forget about smooth diagonal movement needed for Contra or Tecmobowl. If you're playing Tetris or Mario Bros this may be ok to use but the original controllers are way better than these. Even the original controller that doesn't work well still controls light years better than these.

This is a perfect replacement for an original NES controller. The original nes controllers I was using just were not working as they used to. I did have to relocate my nes system closer to my playing area as the cord length is way to short but its worth it. D pad and buttons are just as good as the original NES controllers new. Great buy if you are replacing original controllers for original nes console. Wish there was a turbo replacement button though.
