Best case & cheaper price
Great for Mathews vertix. I bought a SKB that cost 100$ more and used 1 time and decided to go with Feild locker. My skb problem is your smash your bow secure between 2 sheets of foam in skb. First use pulled bow out to shoot and arrows where hitting a foot to right at 30 yards where I normal start my shooting. Notice my third axis on sight was out of wack. That’s when I figure why would anyone want to smash there sight on a bow in a box to secure it. Pulled trigger on Feildlocker and was able to cut foam for bow, sight, & stabilizer. The hard shell fields and looks just as durable as SKB. Middle handle & end handle with wheels. Feild locker latch’s are wider and latch tighter. Weather proof and bow does not move when inserted into cut outs. Used multiple times and every time bow shoots perfect. 100$ cheaper and secures my bow without smashing it. My cons on it would be the arrow holder. Plastic tits with thin metal grapple washers to hold arrow clips in. Don’t trust them to stay secured to box. I have added glue on top of them and also if you wanted to use flat hot metal to melt a lip after washers are added would also work. Case is great case but they did go cheap on arrow holder but can say SKB arrow holder is foam with slots glued into box so feildlocker still gets an A on the arrow holder cause i can fix that issue. For the feildlocker great case and enough space to customize inside of your box to fit your best needs for bow and gear

Protection
at half the price of the SKB/Pelican I couldn't pass it up. Liked the idea of the plucked foam for the fit for my Hoyt Helix and then my stabilizer and sight. Obviously they had to be removed to fit in width wise. Had room in the foam for broadhead box, release etc. The only thing they need to change is the arrow holder. Only six? Come on Plano! And they are loose fitting for the Easton axis arrows. I would rather have my arrows separate anyway so I got a arrow tube from gold tip on Amazon that holds 12 and fits in the checked duffle. The latches are solid and would take off a finger if caught in one. 4 locking points that are metal. Wheels and handles are beefy. Alaska trip for bear and it rained every day banging around in the back of the truck. No leaks. No puncture holes from the plane flight and float plane. Bows shot perfect right out of the case. I used the money I saved on the case for the taxidermist and shipping the hide and meat home. It di not disappoint other than the arrow holder so 4.75 stars.

Best value heavy duty bow case
I was looking at the SKB cases for awhile but couldn’t bring myself to pay that much more for a bow case. I was pleasantly surprised that this thing is tough as nails and easy to trim the foam to make your bow sit really snug. The only small downside is it’s really heavy but that’s easily overlooked with the wheels that make it pleasant to pull along. It’s probably not going to be an everyday case for most people but it’s fantastic for trips.

Tight fit, could have used better design, more space and less weight
This is a decent case for the price and even better on sale for $154, which is what I got it for. But to be honest, there’s cheaper models that are better thought out in terms of the interior space and layout of your bow and gear. The Mathews vertix with a BG sight just barely fits by a hair. Which means it bangs on the case at times. I can tell by the scratch marks on the inside. Additionally, it only allows 6 arrows on the top cover. Who carries just 6 arrows? You should be able to Clío on your whole quiver and additional arrows for the size of this massive case. It’s a workout to carry around. This thing must way 30-40lbs with bow inside. Lastly, the foam that backs the case came completely unglued and comes out each time I open it. I’ll have to buy glue to properly glue it down. And the suspension foam came incorrectly. I’m pretty disappointed that it wasn’t thought out and completed better. All that being said, it works... I simply wanted it to be great for the money spent.

Almost perfect.
Almost a perfect bow case!Cons:1. Hinge does not lock out at 90* full 180* hinge.2. Arrow holder is weak plastic/rubber and only holds 6 arrows. Case club nailed it with their arrow holder with 12 arrows.Pros:1. Everything else.I have flown this case across the Atlantic ocean to Europe 3 times. Solid case. Only area for improvement is the hinge and arrow holder that I had to modify, see picture.

Best value travel case you will find.
So far so good. Solid case; should hold up to the Samsonite gorilla. The tear away foam makes customizing the fit very easy. Bow fits with the sight on, although I will likely remove it for travel. I was also able to fit my stabilizer into the foam. More arrow stowage would be nice but I can probably fit those into the lower level of the foam. The quiver only fits if it’s empty of arrows and fits under the bow. I just need to find a way to secure it. I’m very happy with the case and already recommending it to others.

Solid case, happy with purchase
Received my Plano Field locker, very solid case. Would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately they did not include the pluck and pull foam to me. I sent an email to Plano which seemed odd, but that is the option I received on Amazon. We shall see, hoping I don't have to send back just to receive the foam. (Update) Amazon is awesome, shipped out a new case all parts accounted for, you can’t go wrong with this case. PSE Xpedite fits without issue. Bombproof with wheels

Seriously solid case!
This is a serious case!I just purchased a Matthew's Triax and was able to carve out the profile I wanted in the foam, and still had room on the ends to dig out space for my sight, quiver, broadhead case (small), stabilizer, and broadhead wrench. Hopefully I won't need to update this review with how it held up against a serious incident, but I'm confident the thick plastic, rubber seal, and eggshell foam will keep everything safe.Only bit of confusion was mounting the arrow racks with the little metal push discs, but it seems to hold well, so I'm fine with it.
