I have been using these at work for video conferences for the last year. They work great, the sound and microphone are clear. Great value for the price.

These are great buds, but my ear canal is really small, and one is smaller than the other, so I am having issues getting the correct earpieces for my ears. They are still falling out no matter which one I put in.

they have a learning curve for me, still finding posts I cannot get sound from, but enjoyed the afternoon listening to my brother in law sing and play his music today. they work well, I think the issue I had was and always has been with FaceBook. sad, that was the reason I got the earbuds, to listen to talks and music posted to Facebook, both for my enjoyment and to not disturb others.if I have any issue with them they are a smidgen large for my ears and are a little sharp at the edges so scrape a little and when I have no music or voice playing on them I can hear voices from 30 feet away rather clearly.

Immediately I opened it, it should be that both sides of the earphone should work. Only one side of the earphone is working.

Hard plastic buds hard on the ear canal. Has pretty good sound quality if you can keep them in.
