Very large size griddle pan. I like that the sides are a little deeper so that you can flip a burger without grease or the burger going over the side of the pan. Easy to clean. Con: It's supposed to be a grill pan but you're not supposed to use olive oil or cooking spray or any low smoke point oil on the pan or it will carbonize and stain the pan. You are not supposed to use high heat with the pan or it will cause the food to stick, stain, and carbonize on the pan. Kind of defeats the purpose of a grill pan doesn't it? I think the purpose of a grill pan is to use high heat. The heat does distribute well and I had no problem cooking burgers. I'll use my cast iron pan for steak.

I like it good stuff and good price

Really like this pan. It is lightweight and cleans super easy. I didn't want one of those heavy pans. Nice size and does a great job.

…and I LOVE this pan! We bought it to grill inside. As instructed, don’t put it on high temp & use the soft side side of the scrubby sponge to clean. To keep things cleaner & hold the heat in, we use another skillet pan lid to cover it. Cooks fantastic and easy to clean. It definitely leaves nice grill marks. We’ve been using it regularly for the last few months & it still looks new. Highly recommend!

The quality wasn't as good as it could have been.

Works pretty well. Will ultimately collect burnt oil etc on edges of the ribs on the cooking surface i think, there was build up but was cleanable. Follow instructions, let it cool before washing, do not use abrasive materials. Used it for over a month so far no sticking, using medium electric heat. Because the food has less contact (a bit raised under the rib like raised parts), especially if frozen, it feels it takes longer to cook. But I do like this pan. What I want from cooking is, all items should be easy to use and convenient, this is that.

Very good size and did not stick at all. After I used it, I ordered a second one as a gift.

Creí que el antiadherente iba a ser inferior a mis sartenes comunes, pero no. Detesto cocinar con grasa y este sartén me lo ha permitido, además de que las carnes llevan estas marcas de parrilla, lo que a la vista las hace más apetecibles. Recomiendo totalmente.
