A more natural way to treat your cat. But he will be back to the vet as soon as I can afford it.
I used this on my cat. He has hyperthyroidism. He’s been treated by our vet for over a year. But this time our vet wanted a full physical and the cost of the medication. He still vomits occasionally. I am not a lazy woman. I’ve worked all my life. But now I’m extremely sick myself. Stroke survivor, Fibromyalgia hysterectomy due to xl fibroids. In pain 24/7. And my thyroid disappeared. I’ve slwYs taken my cat to the vet since I first picked him from a litter he was spayed and his shots. Seen his vet 2-3 times a day.I’m on medical leave from work. I can hardly walk. So I’ve turned to natural supplements and thought I’d try one for him. It’s been almost a month. His fur has lost his greasiness. It’s now soft and he is so affectionate now.. he eats like a champ. He’s used to having a syringe put in the side of his mouth. And I think he doesn’t mind it because of the bacon flavor. Fingers crossed. This helps further.

Results yet to be determined
Unsure on effectiveness. I’ve been using this for well over a month now and I’m not seeing any night and day changes so far. I purchased it because the two vets I’ve seen can’t seem to tell me why my cat’s meow all of a sudden disappeared and then came back squeaky (way too many details to go into at length in a review like this). I turned to online feedback and I noticed some owners with similar issues mentioning thyroid concerns being at play - blood panel for my cat didn’t indicate this, but I was willing to try it out. Only positive I have noticed is my cat’s coat seems a bit softer, but no less shedding. His meow is still squeaky :(. I’ll give this bottle until the end of its use to see if any changes down the line (says about 4 months worth). He doesn’t like taste though. I have to give it to him straight from dropper as adding to food is a no go. Luckily my baby is pretty tolerant of this.

Great supplement is discontinued : (
I have used this supplement quite successfully as an adjunct for my dog's Hypothyroid treatment for many years. Always purchased 4oz. bottle. It has supported the hypo Rx to maintain her stabile labs/overall well being. I am very disappointed that it has been discontinued by Pet Wellbeing ..... the 4oz. size has sold out and it won't be available at all when the 2oz. size sells out. **My information comes directly from Pet Wellbeing** I have found no other comparable replacement.

Great product for feline hyperthyroidism.
This is my second bottle I've bought. I have a 16 year old cat, who's never had a single health problem. Over the last year she started exhibiting signs of hyperthyroidism. She's lost weight, extreme thirst & hunger, bellowing meows, bouts of running alternating with sleeping, and matted up crazy fur to where she looks like road kill. After my first bottle her fur became smooth again, and overall seemed to have improved. As the quantity got low, I would skip it here or there finally stopping it all together as it ran out. Holy cow did she start looking and acting bad again. I reordered and got next day shipping, and after about 5 days, she improved again. I'll never take her off of it again. I might add, a friend's cat started having similar symptoms, so I told her it sounded like hyperthyroidism. Her vet confirmed it, and was started on RX meds. That cat has since passed, while mine is still going and doesn't appear to be suffering at all.

Jury still out
Jury is still out - I started giving this to my cat about 4-5 weeks ago. She is now losing all of her fur. She has bald spots. The only change is the addition of this product. I reduced the amount given, because I know hair loss is a symptom of a thyroid disorder, so hoping for improvement with a smaller dose. My brother gives his cat this and doesn't have any issues. She has not yet gained any weight back, as we were hoping she would. She is also urinating frequently in places she shouldn't be. I am hopeful the smaller does works.

Saved My Cat
My cat had an extremely bad reaction to Methimazole and didn't like the Hill's Prescription Diet. I thought for sure that she was going to die as she was wasting away. I saw Pet Wellbeing - Thyroid Support Silver for Cats when doing research and thought it was worth a try. It's been almost a year now that we have been giving her this and she is doing so much better and is still alive. The flavor is very strong, so we couldn't give it to her in her food or water, so we have to use a syringe to give her the medication, which is very difficult. But it is well worth the hassle to have her alive, eating well , gaining weight and not howling.
