116 Vulkem Polyurethane High-Performance Sealant Gray (3 Pack)

This stuff works really well to seal out water. I re-caulked my poured concrete bilco steps where it attaches to the exterior basement wall. I delayed this thinking it might require some expertise, but it was pretty easy. The only two things to consider: one, it has some smell to it and drys very slowly - I wouldn't use it on the interior anywhere. It's also very hard to squeeze out. I'm 63 and my hand strength isn't what it was. I'd buy an electric caulk gun for next time. It's very thick which makes it easy to just glob it in the crack, not worrying about sagging or finish. You can go back over it with a finger (wear gloves!) to smooth it out and you have as much time as you need to do that. Easy to fill in more, resmooth, etc. You won't want to get this on clothing - wear old clothes. It's also got a rough grit to it, so if for some reason you want to smooth surface, this isn't the product.

Best product on the market. I have used it for years in commercial construction and now use it when doing handyman work. There is no other outdoor sealant I would use.

This took a few days to cure, but once it's cured it stayed flexible and stuck to all of our roofing materials. And it's paintable. I'd say thicker, fatter beads will last the longest if given plenty of contact surface.

Went on well and was relatively easy to tool. It cures extremely slowly, over several days and in the interim releases nasty, nasty solvent and chemical vapors. The label states "for use on exterior applications only. Do not use inside an occupied building, even if there are no occupants present during use." Take this to heart... It seems like a good caulk, but keep it outside.

All three tubes were solid and unusable. They were within the sell by date but are not usable ,I missed the return by date by 2 days

It's the best product for sheet metal. I've used this product for years. It is by far one of the best sealants on the market. It's longevity is unreal. Added a family room to our home over 15 years ago and used this product to seal roof and chimney flashing and to this day it continues to seal without a additional coatings. Just and amazing product.

Sticks to everything. Filled 1 inch expansion joint and worked fantastic
