I have to say that I love the size of this emergency kit. It does have a hard shell so it won't crush easily. I am going to put it in my car trunk in case of an emergency. Other reviewer commenting on the plastic whistle and plastic tweezers do seem pretty cheap, although both work. I like that it has a cold pack and an emergency blanket to help,keep you warm if God Forbid you get stranded in the cold. The emergency blanket does say it reflects for emergency lights and radar. There is gauze and medical tape and ace wrap. Some bandages and a Iodine pad for wiping off a wound before putting a bandage or gauze on it. There is a small pair of scissors to cut the roll of gauze provided. There even about 6 safety pins to be used for various reasons. This defiantly is just a starter kit. It does have enough room to add a couple more bandages and even a very small flashlight. All in all I would recommend this product with the caveat that you need a couple more emergency items. Although I did receive a discount for this review, I told my HONEST opinion. I've wanted one of these kits for awhile and now I'm glad I have one.

This is perfect for a car first aid kid or even at home. I love the ice pack in it and it has the basics you would need in an emergency. I recommend anyone to have one for their car or even at home since you simply never know. Also comes with an emergency blanket to reflect body heat. Would recommend highly
