The product is pretty good. There's a magnet to hold the kids seat up but it's not very strong so you do have to lift each up separately almost every time you go but it's not the end of the world. It's pretty sturdy however the 1st one I bought came broken, I had to argue for a replacement or a refund which I did eventually get. Not very impressed though as the whole kids toilet seat has snapped off one side and was unusable so not sure how £3 off would have helped 🤪

Yeah, it works fine... I think. I have no idea if I've installed it correctly, but I haven't fallen off. So that's a win. The instructions aren't in English. But once I'd found an app to translate the image... I found they weren't for this model.Great seat if you like puzzle solving. Terrible seat if you want to install it quickly, and know it's fitted correctly. I'll update if I fall off. It's already wiggling...

Really easy to install. I love the features, the quick release makes it so easy to clean the whole toilet. The soft close function is really handy and my daughter loves the small child seat, making it easier for her to sit on the toilet properly. It’s well made. I would definitely recommend. Great price too. Might buy another for the upstairs loo.

Returned a month ago this week BUT No refund or correspondence from Seller Ordered this family toilet seat 12th Oct, Returned 15th as it was the wrong shape to fit my standard B&Q toilet that I have brought toilet seats from Argos, Wilko and B&Q to fit without issues but this seat is not a standard shape it wouldn;t fit any of the toilets in our house. The width is a little short and it curves in so sharp that the toilet rim is not covered no matter how you fit it. Very disappointed as I had a similar 1 for about 6yrs I brought from Aldi and it was great for my elder child but have a new baby and the old1 the fixing broke so thought this would replace it as old1 looking slightly yellow now too (prob from bleach ) and little1 starting to potty train and eldest still prefers the mini seat too. Got 1 from B&Q online in the end with free postage too and it fits perfect even though its come from a 3rd party so its defiantly not my toilets.

These seats are perfect for nursery-age children. I have ordered 4 of these and the package arrived open to my house from the currier. One of the seats has the hinges missing so it became useless. How can I get replacement hinges?
