The item arrived quickly, and was well packaged. I took a look at the instructions and I immediately shaved, my head, face, and below my beard line. I used another attachment and bright down my winter beard. Perfect. Even without pre-shave lotion, I found a beard and head trim to be quite, quite good. I eventually bought some “Lab Series grooming, electric shave, lotion“, also on Amazon, which would I would highly recommend: just use a few dabs with the product. I tried several of the attachments: nose, hair trimmer, sideburns and beard, trimmer, massage, and so on, and they were all very solid and excellent. Product cleans up quickly by just running it under the water , the blades pop open, but don’t fall out and are easy to click back in.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to be able to shave their head and face or trim their beard quickly and efficiently. It’s never going to be as sharp and precise as an excellent Home or professional hand razor trim, but this is very good and efficient. You can use it daily for work and be ready in a few minutes.I went on a date this weekend, and the woman wanted to touch my head. She thought it was excellent. I think there’s still you can feel the stubble, but it looks great and I would highly recommend this product. They offer an immediate replacement and offer free blades.

I'm trying to replace my razor and having to keep buying refills and the reviews made this shaver seem like a good option. They were not wrong. I tried it right out of the box and I was very pleased with the close cut. It doesn't cut as close to the skin as a razor does but I did not expect it to. This is really the next best thing to a close razor cut and the end result after just a few passes was more than satisfactory. I like the convenience of being able to shave in just a few minutes walking around the house or even while driving while the razor shave would take a lot longer and need shaving cream or at least water. You can either do circular motions or I prefer using straight lines against the grain of my hair growth. It really is comfortable to hold and so lightweight. It almost feels like a scalp massager so the temptation may be to use it too long then I have to make sure to use a shaving balm afterwards so my scalp doesn't get irritated. Very easy to clean. Just pop the shaving head off and run it under the water. You can easily open the shaving heads to do a deep clean. The other accessories are a great bonus. You can use the trimmer to line up the beard and the nose trimmer is so much better than tweezers.I have had it just under 2 weeks, shaving every day and I have not had to recharge it yet and the indicator says I still have 50 minutes availability of use.Other reviewers have said the main issue is with the batteries or motor after a few months so I'll see how long it lasts but for right now, this has been a really good buy and I would buy it again.UPDATE 4/21/22It has been 3 months and this shaver has been performing as well as day 1. I have had to recharge it about 3 or 4 times, so about once per month, and that is with daily shaving use on head and face. This is definitely a product I would buy and use again. The only negatives I have are not related to the product directly. There are times where I have to run out without shaving first and I take it with me in the car. On those times I think I tend to 'over-shave' since I'm not looking at the results. Depending on your skin type, your scalp may get irritated by the extended use. Be sure to use a lubricant for your scalp and a good balm afterwards. Cleanup continues to be a breeze. Very easy to pop the shaving heads open, run under the water and use the included brush to get a good clean. I still haven't tried to use it in running water but that is because I have seen rated water resistance fail before. I won't risk being out of a shaver just to prove that it works in water.Go ahead and buy if you're on the fence.

After some nicks from my expensive five-blade cartridge razor, I wanted a good head shaver - one that shaves almost as close as a blade, but doesn't draw blood. I prefer using shaving oil or cream to get the closest shave. Also, the 6D works great dry for quick touch-ups. The 6D is not a deluxe model - it sounds cheap when shaving dry - however, it is designed well and looks new with blades staying sharp after 4+ months of daily (wet) use. So, it's holding up, performing better than expected, and quality constructed of attractive material. It's lightweight, ergonomic, easy to hold and maneuver, with the power and performance that gets the job done. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase and would buy it again, saving both money and my scalp.
