8 years ago I had several retina tears and a Macular Hole. So and dug into research for the health of each. I was so impressed when I came along this list of ingredients. Because it’s all there. Naturally I add some extra amounts of Pycnogenol and Billberry but not extra Gingko, Boron or Grapeseed because I’m on a blood thinner. There’s is a safe amount of these ingredients here. Adding extra depends on your current prescriptions.I have built my own custom mixtures for Eyes and another for Heart. This is my solid base.I find the powder too sweet so I add it to my morning protein shake.

I discovered this product when looking for a potent and natural eye protection from macular degeneration. First I took the capsules but I prefer this dissolvable form. It allows more flexibility in terms of the dosage as you can mix any amount in water, juice or a smoothie. Besides the macular protection vitamins and minerals, vitamins C&D, zinc, iodine, and B vitamins are present in high concentrations. Thus, it can also be used as a general multi-vitamin saving you money!

The foaming mess in this glass is two scoops of the mix stirred into 6 ounces of cool water. It tastes as bad as it looks.

My mom has a G-Tube and can not take anything via mouth. Most AREDS are pills, so if not for this, she would not be able to receive it. So grateful! Mixes well with water. I need to start using it too!
