Worth Every Penny
This thing is great. There are the other band systems out there that cost hundreds. This was less than $50 and I use it throughout the day at work. It's hard to keep a bunch of steel in my office but a band system like this works well. Get the heaviest you can. They're just a few bucks apart in price. You can unhook some bands to lighten the tension. All three bands on the 160 are much harder than 160. Buy it.

For 50 dollars you can get a lot done with this.
Obviously you can't do everything with just this one tool. I have a door chin up bar, 2-10lb dumb bells and 2 2lb dumb bells and now this tool. Before this tool I was using a 50lb bag of gravel and the dumb bells to do chest workouts and that got really annoying after a few months. I've had the bands for a couple of months now and I like it a lot. I bought the heaviest tension. I was worried about what tension to get because I never use bands and after careful consideration decided to go with the heaviest. I'm 5'8 and 185lbs (a little chubby). My max bench is 225 and my working weight was around 200. I'm 38 years old and decided to no longer risk injury or hurting myself by going for max weights. My goals are to be sexy and healthy and a little strong. So basically I'm just looking to feel the fatigue and buzz of weight lifting without having to go the gym and be around a bunch of plague rats (before covid I still wasn't a fan of going to the gym so now I just go for 15 minutes to get some leg presses in) or risking shoulder injury doing bench presses. Here's a list of what I do with this one tool.Laying and standing chest presses (I prefer the laying down but standing still feels pretty effective)Incline chest pressresistance push upsCurlsReverse curlswrist curls and finger curlsover head presses (both seated and standing)tricep push downs (hang over door and stand on stool)pec fliesseated rowsstanding rows (both two arms and one arm)I could probably figure out more but this all I feel like doing during my workouts using this tool. This may also be a good tool to make your punches stronger. Having it around your back in the standing chest press position I was throwing some jabs and could see how this could be a training utensil for that as well. The whole system would probably be awesome but for me I don't feel it is needed as I use those light dumb bells for my other isolation movements and just go for higher reps and slow, deliberate full range of motion movements. It's pretty cool what you can feel working if you just go slower on the way back lol.In summary,If you're mostly an average guy wanting to buff up a bit and feel good about it without having to go to the gym surrounded by a bunch of people not wearing masks (I didn't like being around a bunch of people before covid anyway) this one tool can cover a lot of ground. The whole system would definitely cover everything you need. And you can buy mix and match bands as well because each one of these bands (for the heaviest resistance) is around 33 extra pounds which is a big jump for certain isolation movements. I'm very pleased with this investment and definitely feel pretty good about what I've been doing. Eventually I'd like to get back to actual weights but I dread going back to the gym so for now these bands it will be!

Clever, Weight is Accurate, Poor Ergonomics
The media could not be loaded. This is a clever design that overcomes the problems with long resistance bands. You really do get the right weight with these. There are six bands (three on each side) and on the 120 lbs model I got, each one tests at 15-22 on a crane scale depending on how far you stretch it. They are easy to detach and reattach. The big downside with these is the soft handles which are uncomfortable and more ideal. Durability remains to be seen but they seem well-made.

Great for traveling
This band fits reasonably well in my suitcase and I can hit every muscle group in quick succession. I got the gray/120lb version and I am very happy with the amount of resistance it offers. I can bench ~180lbs and leg press ~500lbs. I would not use it as my main weight training device, but I found it to be perfect to help maintain muscle while away from the gym. I bought a second one to keep at work and use it to do a quick 5 exercise, full body circuit when I start feeling tired. A great wake-me-up.

Great product but needs some improvements
First off, I'd really like to leave a higher review. This is a great product and has a lot of potential but it needs some reengineering.I purchased the 200 lbs version, which aside from some of the other reviews really feels like the advertised weight. I've been lifting my whole life and I had issues using it with all three bands on bench press or most other movements aside from seated rows. With respect to bench press, you can really only start to get a good resistance several inches above your chest. I found the only way to accomplish a full bench press motion was to lace the product under my bench, which was not a fluid experience. The only other solution is to space the bands wider, but this is very challenging due to the high resistance. You really have to be creative in its use and I'm afraid one size really doesn't fit all. I'm 6'4" and 270lbs and I found that the product's length isn't long enough if you have a wide back and you hit the tension/resistance point prematurely in a movement. If you have long arms like me (my shirt sleeve length is 38") it becomes very challenging to get a full movement, and when you can accomplish one, it likely pushes the stretch limits beyond its design. The hand grips really aren't a good compliment for the high amount of resistance, which causes backward pressure on your hands.I ended up removing one of the bands and sometimes two to be able to accomplish work. Ultimately, as others mention, of the bands cam out of the ball that keeps the bands in place. Unfortunately, there isn't any way to fix this, so I'm returning it now.I am going to give the next level down one a try, but fear the width of the product is the biggest issue.

Great alternative to free weights
aving children of a certain age can make exercise with free weights hazardous, and can make it rather difficult to maintain focus long enough to complete a set… what with them coming to lie down directly beneath a dumbbell I am half way through lifting. With this in mind I tried to find resistance bands that could enable me to still workout without the fear of dropping a 50 kilo metal weight on a child’s head. This is the closest I have found to that experience, really quite comfortable and easy to use, but I am finding it difficult, as with all elastic systems, to maintain resistance throughout the rep, such as you would get with free-weights… but this is the closest safe alternative. I also particularly like the sleeves around the bands, alternative systems tug at the forest of hairs on my arms, so this addition is really quite good. So far I have used this for bench press, seated row and bicep curl, without issue, and changing the resistance setting is relatively easy. It’s a really well thought out design for this type of system.

Good quality but it PINCHES YOU!
The product is fairly good I terms it quality but when the bands goes down it pinches you!

Great buy
I bought this as an upgrade for resistance bands that I already have and yes you can buy a set of bands for cheaper but they are cheaper for a reason! Now there is nothing wrong with going and buying a set of bands because I've been using them for a while and still will for some things but this is an absolute game changer! Fantastically well made, you can tell this isn't a cheap product. You can get different lbs of resistance too which is good so you can go lighter for beginners and heavier for people who are more advanced. The best thing is you can literally do all the exercises it says you can, you can go from a chest press to a shoulder press to a seated row to a deadlift, the variety is superb. Anyone looking to add to their equipment or someone looking for something to get a quick exercise session done this is the product for you!!

Great product
Quality is great with loads of different attachments you can purchase it can be an unstoppable bit of kit. Only downside to it is getting the motivation to use it and see the results I know it can produce. So get over that mental hurdle and you will see fantastic results.
