Good information
This DVD gave some very good instruction for classes that can be taught without any other equipment; very necessary in a lot of studios.

Very challenging, I would recommend purchasing the matwork essentials first as it teaches you the basics of all of the poses first.

Great for instructors-confusing for me
Unless you remember exactly all the directions to do the exercise correclty, you only get a couple of reps since this is designed for instructors. It's challenging to use this as a student.
