Great Package for the price!
Great Value! Hooked them all up, No problems at all. Nightvision works well, good quality! DVR playback is a little different than most, but not bad. Getting it connected to the internet for streaming on mobile devices proved a bit tricky, but after a few youtube videos, got it to work! Great package for the money! I will update if I have a problem, but so far, 2 weeks into it, GREAT!Be prepared to buy extension cables if you have a large area you are covering. You can get them pretty darn cheap!

Outstanding technical assistance
Price is reasonable and remote monitoring capability. The technical assistance is outstanding. I just installed my system and when I downloaded the ZOSI VIEW app for remote monitoring and encountered some issues, fb persion, the technician have assisted me until my problem got fixed. He patiently stayed with me, pointing out my mistakes when entering incorrect information. All my communications with him are via fb messenger. This technician needs to be promoted or have pay increase.

The DVR was working fine in the first 6 months and then it started ...
The DVR was working fine in the first 6 months and then it started having video distortion issue and kept resetting itself every 5 minutes. Contacted Zosi tech support, they were very helpful and responsive. They sent me a new replacement and it is working fine now.
