Good exercise, without thinking about it. Start slow.
A little resistance helps build muscle at 66. Easy to remove.

Great product, superior company
Bought the ankle weights for the purpose of working out and using them on both around ankles and wrists. Unfortunately, even though the product arrived in good shape it was missing a couple of metal bars which made it weigh less than advertised. I emailed customer service and they were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended. For reference: I'm 6'1 and use it on both ankles and wrists(to train shoulders while playing a VR game thru my occulus quest). It's a bit bulky even for me when placed on wrists so if you are of a smaller frame then I'd recommend you get the dedicated wrist weights. Hope this helps.

Kinda big, but well enough built
These are really long for forearm sleeves - I'm 6'4" and these feel big on me... For shorter folks the top side might go past your elbow. What I like is there are 3 straps - a really wide middle one and a thinner one on the elbow and wrist sides, there are double D rings as well as Velcro on the side closest to the elbow, which helps hold it in place. Because of this, the loose netting that holds the weights should get less abuse from the weights siding around to hold up longer, however I think I would have preferred to see something stronger than the netting for how much weight these things hold. The base fabric is rock solid and really durable, however. If you get these at the same time as the similar legs weights, you might consider marking them somehow (colored bread tie, tape, etc) if you don't start with different weight amounts since although they are different, they are difficult to tell apart from a quick glance since they are relatively similar in size due to the length of the weight bars. But, since you can see thru the netting you can probably count the weights in each, or by the weight difference by picking each up.Fully geared up with arm and leg weights + Mir vest (that thing is completely rock solid) I feel like Robocop walking around. You could put on some weighted gloves, too, but if you aren't already buff I wouldn't plan to go that far.Adjusting the weights is simple as long as you aren't wearing it. You could swap them between with the leg weights if you wanted to stuff a few extra in one or the other (leg day/arm day?) but for me, I'm growing into these things with less bars, but past the junky sandbag style 3 or 5 lb weights, so this is nice to add on.You can wear a watch under it if you want it for heart and steps monitoring, but don't plan to use it to tell time. The weights are enclosed really well, so if you're into doing uncommon workouts upside down, martial arts movements, whatever, these will keep the weights in fine & the 3 straps do ok to hold in place, but you'll still notice some shifting that I think is unavoidable. But, the weights will fully wrap around your arm so balance is kinda nice for me hopping on the treadmill, doing stairs, or typing while not in a meeting (might be distracting at first to work with these on, but with a standing desk/medium bookshelf you can figure it out - I don't care for them on while sitting at my desk).Anyways, I'm pretty happy with these overall. Maybe someone has some suggestions on getting the netting to be stronger, fix it, etc. Since I think over time it'll wear out, especially after cleaning them occasionally since you're going to sweat under them for sure even if you aren't doing cardio. But, the netting is at least decent quality for what it is so it should last for a long time for casual use, or at least for awhile if you do intense movement workouts. Maybe some extra straps over the top? I dunno. If you're shorter that might be a way to deal with the extra length of these, not sure. For me getting back in shape from my desk job bod, be these are great.

Not enough cusion
I bought these wanting something I could wear without it being noticeable. These are almost as bulky as the sandbag style. More importantly, they slide around a bit and the weights rubbed a spot open on my leg. I fixed the issue by putting some foam behind the plates. Still satisfied with my purchase

Poor Quality Straps
Lets start with a positive; the weights themselves were marvelous; they fit into their sleeves properly, didn't clash or stick out, felt even and will make great paper weights now I guess.Onto the issue; wearing the thing was nigh impossible because it doesn't come in a bigger size apparently and my forearm could barely be contained in this thing, was it made for children? Anyway.Next up, like a few reviews I've seen, the straps were pre-frayed when I received it, but I decided fine whatever, fabric gets stringy, it happens. No, thats not the case here, the straps are just actual garbage, legitimately flimsy. I had it for just under five days and used them twice and the strap just ripped right off leaving a floofy stringy mess in its wake. This is crap. The material is so fragile it arrives already falling apart and then just proves how poorly constructed it is immediately under duress. Thanks for the metal bars I guess, but overall I feel like I wasted my money 'cos now I need to find something else to do the job.

Comfy + Useful
I'm loving these arm weights! They're comfy to wear and provide just the right amount of resistance to help tone my arms, since I don't have many weights I can use at home. The material is breathable, making them easy to wear during workouts or daily activities. They're just great for adding variety to my workouts and challenging myself in new ways. Overall, I'm really impressed with these arm weights and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to boost their arm strength and fitness.
