What is the width of these? Trying to work out whether they're narrow enough to fit enough weight onto some dumbells with shorter sleeves

Width 4.8cm. If you are going to use these collars for your dumbbells then please use the dumbbells only in a horizontal position.

Could you make white ones please?

I don't make them I just buy them, I think they do red as well as black, not sure about white.

Will it fix my 7 foot Olympic weight bar

They fit my 2” diameter 7ft olympic bar

What is the maximum weight these will safely hold per side and will they fit a 28 mm diameter bar neatly?

These are for 2" (50mm) Olympic bars and so will not fit 28mm bars. For what it's worth I've had 60Kg on each end without any issues.
