Palm Beach Creamed Honey - Naturally Flavored Wildflower Honey, Small-Batch, Gift Set Trio (Cinnamon, Vanilla, Chocolate)

Knowing about the immune-boosting super powers of honey, I ordered the small batch gift set trio of Creamed Honey to try with a few recipes. The Ginger-Turmeric is packed with a creamy, smooth flavor and it beautifully complimented steak, and chicken that I roasted in my air fryer. I also loved the raspberry flavor, and the vanilla flavored honey in a nice hot cup of tea with my neighbors. I loved the ginger/turmeric so much I ordered the large single jar. I then purchased the nine-pack gift set as a hostess gift for a dinner party, and we made two big charcuterie boards for guests and the variety and flavors of this Palm Beach Creamed Honey was perfectly matched with the imported cheeses and meats. It was a huge hit. I even made a chocolate creamed honey and banana sandwich for the kids, and they loved it. I highly recommend!

Nice as a gift to try different flavors. Daughter did not care for the tumeric honey, even though she uses it as a spice. The other flavors were great.

The honey was flavorful, but how do I use it? I wish there were recipes included.

We have had so much fun in our household using these honeys to elevate usually mundane foods. Some new favorite in our home are raspberry honey stuffed french toast, toast with goat cheese spread some ginger honey and a little crispy bacon or prosciutto on top, and the lemon creamed honey is a staple with our after school snacks - really delicious paired with a creamy cheese and a salty element (we've done triscuits with cream cheese and some lemon honey SOOOOO GOOD and SO SIMPLE). We've even experimented with some homemade ice cream (and snow ice cream) concoctions with various honey flavors. Buy the palm beach honey, you can seriously thank me later.

We purchased the three pack of creamed honey that included the chocolate raspberry, lime, and habanero. (We also bought a larger raspberry creamed honey.) Both of the items arrived quicker than I expected upon ordering and was a pleasant surprise two days later. My personal favorites (as someone who enjoys sweets) were the chocolate raspberry and raspberry, as we drizzled them on croissants. We also prepared the lime honey with snapper, which turned out to be delicious. They can be prepared in many different ways and taste good nonetheless :)

I ordered a bunch of Palm Beach Creamed Honey in various flavors. They were all unpalatable. In this specific gift set, the raspberry honey was the best but that isn't saying much. All of the honeys were very thin even when kept in the fridge. They did not have the consistency of other whipped honeys I have had. Plain old regular honey tastes much better for a fraction of the price. The gift set is overpriced for the three tiny jars of honey you get. My advice is to skip this product and brand entirely.

I am absolutely blown away by this gift set! I really can't decide which flavor I like best...they are each so unique and full of flavor! I have only done a tasting from the container, but plan on pairing it with other foods. A great hostess gift and a unique product from Florida to share with friends out of state! I feel I finally have something special from Florida to share! And it is kosher!!!
