This product is pretty straightforward. It feels solid and is easy to assemble. I've used it for close to the past month and it works as described. It comes with all of the tools that you'll need to assemble the pole. You'll need a screwdriver to attach the base to the house. It was worth the money.

We finally replaced our old flag pole with this Yeesun flag pole with the clips that prevent tangling. It is sturdy, well-made and was easy to assemble and mount. It works very well at preventing or at least lessening the chances of the flag from becoming tangled. On windy days, if the wind gusts just right, the end of the flag will flip up over the pole but it just takes one small tug to release it. Compared to our old flag pole where our flag constantly wrapped tightly around the pole and was nearly impossible to untangle, the new one works great. I just wish we had replaced our old flag pole sooner!

I purchased this for my Lion's flag and it was very easy to install. Great quality as well.

As shipped, the rotating rings that the hooks hang off of are tight up against the screws that hold their assemblies to the pole, which means they don't really spin because the hooks catch on the thumbscrews. But if you loosen everything enough you can adjust them to be a bit farther away. They still have a tangle possibility though. A different hook design would have fixed that problem.The segments also tend to loosen over time and need to be re-tightened to one another.Easy installation and solid construction for the purpose. Looks good too.

Great quality and easy to assemble .

Anyone who buys this flag pole should truly enjoy it... Big enough to fly bigger flags but the most astonishing feature is the 360° rotation of the flag holders... My old flag pole used to get my flag wrapped around it and I'd have to untangle it constantly (Texas south winds are hell on flags) but this one is just great...if the flag starts to try to wrap around the pole, the flag holders rotation prevents it.. worth the money!
