2022 Good Sam Campground & Coupon Guide

We used this while on vacation. Very handy

I heard yhat the new 2023 omits a lot of information for each campground that the previous guides had so we went with this 2022 one. I gave an old 2006 and this one is very similar in its content. I'm old school and know the value of a book in the hand, especially when you don't have a good internet connection.

This book is a great resource for campgrounds if you are taking a trip. I joined their membership only to find out most of their campsites are more expensive than the others but still a good resource.

Found several Campgrounds rated higher than I felt they should have been. Who does the ratings and how?

Thought it could help me get info on campgrounds and tie in with my Good Sam membership. Not really. The maps are near worthless and the listings for each campground are so short, so sparse, and so generic as to be useless. How important is it to know they have 40 sites with full hook ups and 25 with W&E??? I really need other information - which they don't supply. The opening and closing dates are generic and further I travel with 2 dogs, and the listings offer ZERO help on that. And wifi? So I have to call them instead. That's the suggestion through out. Call. All it is is a listing service with phone numbers, then you have to use Google to actually get any useful information. Next let me say the $1500 in coupons is a come on scam too. Mostly useless, mostly for their own promo's, and many were good from January 1-31 of the year - so wrapped up before anyone up here went camping. Last, let me tell you what this book is .... a giant advertisement (1/3 of the book!) with the good kind of listings that actually are helpful - but for their own membership camping points timeshare business. This I had to pay for? Save your money - just Google it.

If you're like us, a new GS Book every few years is a must. Good value

It very good for finding RV site

This is the go to information for our traveling plans. GPS can be misleading so I rely on this & have for many trips. I recommend this to anyone going on a trip.

This campground guide is the only one I have found that gives the info that every camper could possibly need. It is almost totally complete & we have used this for almost 30 years, and have been very happy with it. Would recommend this guide to anyone going on a rv-ing trip.

It contains all of the information about every camping place in North America! Amazing!!Very useful for everyonewho intends to spent some time in a camper.

For years I have always use this GOOD SAM Guide to plan my RV Trips. Well worth the money!!
