Good material!

This iron pad works great, and is lightweight and easily portable. The heat does go through the pad though, so make sure your bottom surface can withstand a bit of heat.

This pad is MUCH more convenient than erecting my big old ironing board in my very limited workspace for medium to small sewing projects. Does not smell strongly of sheep - but does smell *enough* of sheep that my cats LOVE to lay on it, so I have to store it on edge where they can't get to it or my things come away needing to be sticky-rollered to get the cat hair off. Performs beautifully, nice and large, very, very good value for my money. I am pleased with this item alone, the other items were extras and fairly nice on their own, especially if you have an iron that will stay on when laid flat (mine does not as a safety feature, so this item is less useful and I might give it to a friend). The items in the zipper bag were helpful little things to add to my existing collection of small sewing tools and I have definitely used them as well.

The wool pressing pads are hard to find, and none of the fabric and notion stores where I live carry them. I really, really love this pad, and they included some accessories inside the package (appreciate that!). When you're finished using the pad, make sure you let it dry completely before storing in the handy carry case that comes with the pad.

This product is good quality.

I already had a wool pressing mat. I wanted a mat to put under my sewing machine when not using the machine on the sewing machine table to prevent vibrations and sliding about. It works so well for my use. Multipurpose! Very pleased!

I didn’t know what I was missing out on until got it. It is a wonderful size and I have it right beamy sewing machine so I can iron my seams and keep going. The accessories that come with it are a nice addition too. It came timely and just as described.

I really like it as it is the same size as the portable I use for ironing at quilt groups and retreats. However, when steaming, it leaves the table damp. I resolved this by folding a thick towel and laying it underneath the wool mat. No dampness on the table and I think it is better for the mat to get air from the bottom.
