Great product
My child absolutely loves it and wears it everyday. it’s such a good way for my child to track their everyday activities and we can have a competition to see who does more steps they always win.Battery life lasts a good few days maybe more over a week.Took a couple of days to for them to figure out how it all works. But once they got used to its functionality they were good to go.Would definitely recommend.

Fitbit Ace 3
It was a bit challenging to set up as it was not clear that you had to set up an email account for the child. The functionality is good but the side touch is not very sensitive and can be frustrating.

Worst fitbit avoid
Where do I start.I've had multiple fitbits over the years so i know all about trouble shooting. My son had the inspire before this but as that broke I decided to get this as he under 13. He already had a fitbit account. But unfortunately we had to make a whole new account he was already in my family group. But no... we couldn't use that account stupid Google has to go and mess and overcomplicated. So as my family was full I had to make a new main account for me to set up myself with fitbit which I no longer use. Then make my son a new account adding it to the new family account. What a long process. Now the fun happens. It works fine since 12 th Aug it's now 27th and it's not synced for 4/5 days his steps and sleep that is. It says its synced 9 mins ago, 36 mins ago etc etc but has a big exclamation mark saying to sync. I've contacted customer support who tell you usual rubbish as if I'm stupid. Uninstall app, restart phone /device /watch-bluetooth on and off blah blah blah. I've tried on different devices and it won't sync. I'm quite annoyed as my son challenged himself to get high amount of steps on a hike and we can't sync it it's pathetic. I'll be sending this piece of junk back.AVOID THIS FITBIT like the plague. Shame on Google for messing up something that worked before.

Appreciated Gift
Bought this as a birthday present for my grandson, who absolutely loves it. He takes great pride in telling me how many steps he has done. Had problems at first registering it on the fitbit app but sorted it with some help.

Great first smart watch
Ideal gift, my 6 year old loves it, step counter and active minutes tracking. Has stop watch and timers, nice and basic for a young child no cameras or games

Decent kids' version of the adult Fitbit
Bought this for our 12 year old son because it wasn't possible to set up an account for him with the Fitbit Inspire (that we had previously bought), as he is under the age of 13. Google this issue if you are thinking of buying an Inspire (or any other "adult" Fitbit) for an under 13. Anyway, the Ace works just like an adult Fitbit except that it has various kiddie features that our son isn't interested in (being a mature 12 year old). So he and we are very pleased with it. Our only reservation relates to the strap, which fell off and proved impossible for us to re-fit (it requires very nimble fingers - which we don't have - to be able to put the spring pin back in). But we sorted this by buying a generic replacement strap from Amazon, which is easier to fit and (being elasticated) easier to wear.
