Q: I've seen tap water used as a rinse solution. When is it necessary to purchase Milwaukee rinse solution?

I have also seen tap water used for rinsing. In fact the calibration video on the Milwaukee site show the man using tap water for rinse.

Q: Does this product come with a warranty? It seems nearly impossible to find a reliable, yet affordable PH meter. Might this be the one?

I don't recall about the warranty. I can however speak to the ease of use, reliability, and the fact that i am very happy with the meter. I have had it for over a year now. The temperature prob is great and the pH meter is easy to calibrate.
