*Note: The company itself doesn’t have anywhere to write reviews so I am putting my review here, I did not purchase on Amazon.Infinity markets this chair specifically to Chiropractors because of the stretch feature. I was convinced enough to purchase it for my practice for disc and stenosis patients. The chair itself does an ok massage for the back BUT is extremely painful on the ankles. It squeezes the ankle bones so tight causing extreme pain that you can’t even enjoy the rest of the massage. There is no way to turn the pressure down for just the ankles either. I opened it up to see what it is, and there are these hard tubular plastic things on the outside of the ankle airbags. I have found that it’s not painful for the men who I have had try this chair (due to having higher ankle bones it doesn’t push directly on their medial and lateral maleoli like it does on me) but ever single female I have had try it said it is very painful.I called the company and they tried to say maybe there was an issue in shipment and they sent me a new foot piece; the exact same foot piece. It’s not a malfunction, it the poor design of the chair.Also all the “programs” they market cannot be adjusted on tension. I kept trying to lower the tension to stop the pain and tried each program individually, then when I had sharp pain from the tension I looked and it automatically went back up to a higher tension.This is a lawsuit risk that I can’t have in my practice as it can injure patients. Yet the company said they have a 30 day return policy and it’s been past 30 days so I can’t return it. So I’m out the money with a massage chair I can’t and won’t use. Hopefully I can find someone who likes it to sell it to. Instead of using this in my practice I am getting the Human Touch Super Nova chairs which are a lot nicer and do not cause pain.
