I have diabetes type II and I use this product on a regular basis because of its anecdoctal evidence. Excellent product and I believe worth the price. Love Solaray products - always good quality product. I read that others think this is pricey but it drops my sugar about 50 points after taking it compared to multipe other names I have tried which only do about 25 points at most I believe it to be worth the price.

Seems to be working. I take 1 capsule a day ... mid-afternoon on an empty stomach. Usually I'd be wanting to take a nap; but I get an extra "boost" after taking this.

I am a type 2 diabetic. Usually I will only eat one large meal a day as my sugar is high and I just do not get hungry. 2 days on these pills and I am already wanting three square a day. Also I do not feel tired after eating and I am satisfied with smaller portions. fortunately I have had no digestive issues with these. I will update later my review once i have been on them for a while and know how they affect me, but so far so good.

Took this on an empty stomach for several days and did before and after glucose readings, it actually made my blood sugar a few point higher each of those days, another gimmick really disappointing, doesnt work...

This has helped keep my A1C down. My previous physician had an issue with me stopping my metformin because of its side-effects. So I fired her drug-company-pocket-filling ***, and went to one who had no issue with non-pharmaceutical connections. Bitter Melon has given me NO side-effects, and helps keep my A1C down. I have used this daily for years.

Not sure if it worked. Finished bottle and see no difference. Will not be being again. Might try another brand.
