I purchased the smaller one several years ago, when I was learning stamping and die cutting. It was one of the best things I did. Unfortunately I warped the cover of the door by doing heat embossing on it. One of those things you just don't think about what you are doing.I figure if I am going to buy a new one, I will get the big one. I am so happy that I did and can't wait to use it. I have to finish a project that I am working on now first.This product is well worth the money and is very well made. Thank you MISTI.

My Misti….so grateful that my daughter got this for my Christmas present. I have been using it to perfectly position a silhouette stamp. I am able to reink my stamp and darken the image. Fantastic card making tool.

The 12 x 12 MISTI platform is truly AMAZING!!!!!!! The size is perfect for everything...from a card to a scrapbook layout. I have a ton of stamps, but virtually stopped using them because there always seemed to be a problem....from the stamping being too light & not crisp and clear; ruined stamped images because ink got on the outside of the stamp area; stamped image not complete; and more. Now, ALL of those problems have gone away! My creations will now be kicked up a notch by using more stamps! I highly recommend this item to improve your stamping.

The Misti tool is well made and very useful to ensure that your stamping is complete and you can set it up to do multiples of a design. If your stamping isn't done completely on the first try you can make sure that you repeat it exactly. The included magnet is the strongest I have found and ensures your cardstock stays in position. The rulers make it easy to get things aligned. The only objection I might have is that it quite large. If you aren't doing large projects and only doing cards you would be happier with the mini Misti in my opinion. I also think they are a bit expensive compared to other tools, but if you can afford it this is the best. I have had three other brands and none work as well or as easily as the Misti.

This is a fantastic stamping tool. You need not worry about not getting a good ink job, as you can just re ink your stamp and re use it, as it stays perfectly in place. You can re stamp as many times as you like! I first ordered the Mini Misti, but I found the surface to only accommodate small cards. I larger Misti, it will accommodate a 12x12 piece of paper with no problem. This is a stampers must have tool! Love it!!!!

At first glance, this looks HUGE. Then you begin using it and realize you can easily position cardstock to stamp off the edge without having your stamp interfere with the magnets or door closure. I have both the original size and this larger MISTI. I have never tried another type of stamping platform but love my MISTI platforms so feel no need to try others. I would recommend both the MISTI mousepad and MISTI corners as very useful accessories. The mousepad needs to fit each size of MISTI; the corners can be used with both. I had given up on stamping until I found the MISTI. They are very pricey, but with ordinary care they should give years of use.

I have the regular size MISTI but needed to be able to make big projects so I thought this was my answer. Being 12.5" x 12.5", I thought this could make BIG projects. NO! The paper size you can use is 7.5" x 7.5". BUMMER!! However, it works wonderfully just as the smaller size. Price point is EXPENSIVE for a craft tool.It's my own fault for not investigating more. One day I might learn to do my homework first before buying. Oh well.......
