I have used KastKing leader for over 7 years. It is durable, flexible and easy to tie a good knot with. The value is certainly high. When I need more monofilament leader I will buy more KastKing.

Great leader. Strong. It does suffer from abrasion, but that's to be expected from mono. This stuff has caught me lots of fish. Definitely recommend

This is very good leader at a budget price. Love the handy spool . If you are looking for a thin strong leader than give this a try. I would recommend and buy again.

This is very tough leader material. It is pretty supple to be 50lb mono and I am very happy with it so far. I have been using Trilene Big Game leader material for years and got this because what I usually get wasn't available. The Big Game Trilene leader material is fantastic...can't say enough good things...but I am not scared of this KastKing leader material one bit. It seems to perform comparably. I recommend it highly to anyone looking for a good mono leader material...almost as highly as the Trilene I have just been using the Trilene stuff for decades so I have a history with it. Give both a try. I don't think you can go wrong.

I am very pleasantly surprised by this mono leader line. I use expensive top brand fluoro for all my leaders other than for bottom fishing, but this is making me rethink my investment. I purchased the 50lbs version of this line to make dropper loop rigs for bottom fishing. Immediately from touching this line, I knew this material was superior to any other mono I had used.Pros:- smaller diameter. The 50lbs line was 0.60mm, which is equivalent to top brand 40lbs fluoro leader at 0.62mm.- supple/low memory compared to other mono lines. If you're using a spinning reel, this does not fly off your spool as easily as how flouro or thick mono lines does.- very clear. Side by side comparison to regular mono shows a noticeable clarity difference, and *gulp* almost as clear as fluoro.Cons:- Might break at the knot easier. By a simple pulling test a few times, I broke the line at the knot (dropper loop knot and perfection knot) at a lower weight than on the same test for other 50lbs mono line. The suppleness of the line might make for a tight knot, but I suspect it might also constrict it so tight that it makes the line prone to breaking at the knot. This likely will depend on what knot you use so may not be applicable to everyone.I am not replacing my 50lbs fluoro leader line just yet but considering that this is the same diameter as 40lbs fluoro for a fraction of the cost, I am sure I will be adding more spools to my arsenal in the near future.

The diameter of this 50 lbs is equivalent to what a 30 lbs of the other brands. It cast very well and worth the money. I might go up to 80 lbs later on.

I love this line use 20 lb test very strong clear in the water get alot more hits compared to other leader lines and has a little bit of stretch which is perfect
