The product is clean and has a good shine, They are giving 10% coupon for next purchase and ask you to review and get a coupon , but they really don’t give you any coupon or gove any response on WhatsApp where they asked me to share screenshot

Looks like used or not finished
Product looks completely different from descriptive pictures in terms of finishing,one of the worst packaging for jewelry,didn't even got a box or protective packaging.Now for the part stud is unfinshed gold polish is coming out at the end of stud and screw plate,also flakes of synthtic cz were in bag,screw plate have bend in end as seen in picture,looks unfinished and not original gold or silver,cz have not good sparkle,overall looks used,will go for a replacement then see how brand provides then update
