This surface cleaner works great! Add specified amount of TSP and water apply to area that needs to be cleaned. Give It a good scrubbing then rinse of with a hose and your ready for your next step. Easy step by step instructions. We resurfaced our pool patio using all in the swim products and are very happy with the outcome!

I purchased this and it was easy to use. The only issue I had was the pot life was an hour and you have to use it all within the hour or throw it away as it cures quickly

I used it on my tin roof in prep for an Elastomeric coat. It did a basic clean job but the rinse leaves a white residue that stained the sides of my house. Eventually I think the rain will wash it off. It was recommended by the makers of Koolseal. And I only got half a tub full.

This product was used to prepare our concrete pool deck surface for repainting. Did a great job!

I was re-staining my deck. I followed all the recommendations on the In the Swim website, and they suggested to use this surface cleaner to clean my deck. I used it and followed all the directions of what they told me to do, and my paint still came off! I even used their paint. When I called customer service to tell them about it, they wouldn’t do anything about it. I spent over $200 on items to clean and paint the deck. A waste of money and time!
