My doctor who is into fitness recommended these bites. Very tasty and will move the digestive tract a bit. My husband likes them too. All the flavors in this pack are good. Refrigerate to experience a different kind of snack.

If you’re looking for a healthier type of cookie, this is for you. Most of them have rolled oats and white or dark chocolate chips. One type has raspberries. They are delicious. However, one square is 120 calories so you have to be mindful of that. 😂

Tastes okay
They're the perfect size to be a quick snack, but the flavor and texture aren't my thing. The flavor is very sweet and rich while the texture is weird. I won't buy them again.
