Q: When the pulling bolt brakes which it will over time is it a standard socket bolt or do i have to order a replacement bolt?

As you can see from the picture of the product, the pulling bolt is not a normal bolt. You have to order a replacement. I ordered one and Amazon said it would ship in November. In other words, they don't have it in stock (1/4"x20).

Q: Will it work on impact wrench?

NO, it will not work with a impact wrench. The hammering over tightens and strips the threads. I know this first hand.

Q: Can this be used for plastic rivets, nuts ?

If you mean rivet nuts for plastic, I don't see why not; but I would use a lever-type tool when working with softer materials. When I last used this item, I would have to clamp the part I was working with to my workbench using clamps or the bench vise. The torque generated with this thing is sometimes significant-enough to snap, or warp anything not secured because both hands are required to hold a drill and this item... cheers
