Q: Does it raise high enough to have two ultra wide monitors on top of each other?

If anyone is looking for a double mount, still, there is actually a mount made just for this purpose. "Peerless B-MIS38426 1x2 Bolt Down Desktop Mount for 43" & 49" Ultrawide Curved Monitors ". I found it while looking for a mount like the Ergotron.

Q: How thick should a table be in order to securely position the arm and screen?

I've had it clamped to 1/2" desk and it is solid as a rock. The arm tells you where to set the clamp depending on the size of the desk, so yes you can go less than 1" and 1/2" works fine.

Q: Does the installation requires this to be screw to the wall?

It does not require you to attach it to the wall. It is attached to the desk and is very sturdy.

Q: It says for ultra wide moniters but can i use this with a 32 inch odyssey neo g7?
