Husqvarna 460 Rancher 24-in 60.3-cc 2-Cycle Gas Chainsaw

I have to admit that I am by no means an expert when it comes to chainsaws. I bought this one to cut down a number of smaller and larger tress (20''). This one works great and has enough power for my projects. It is heavy though and starting it is not always easy

This saw has been amazing. Very reliable and durable. It's nice to be able to adjust the chain and bar oiler for different projects. Highly recommended

made short work of a few fallen trees on property. not for a beginner but reasonable to use for making quick work of medium and larger trees

The company was very accommodating and promised to send me a return label since we received two saws. Excellent product

We cut 30+ cords a year and finally upgraded from 450's to the 460, and wow, what a difference. This saw powers thru oak, locust, maple, and ash like its nothing, and this is WITH the 24" bar. I can have it nose deep in 30'' locust and she pulls right through it (using H47 chains).Easy start and great ergonomics. When my other 450's die, I will definitely be purchasing more of these 460R's!

I live in a woodsy area in Michigan and I have cut up a lot of lumber in my 69 years. I have owned a number of chain saws in varying sizes and power. I have never owned a chainsaw like this, it's a beast. We had back to back ice and wind storms that did some extensive damage to the trees on my property and on my sons small farm. This saw cut through anything we worked on. The X-cut chain is a giant leap forward in chain saw technology. The contrast is like trying to cut up raw beef with a butter knife v.s a high quality butcher knife.If you're in the market for a chain saw, I highly recommend this saw, you will be extremely happy you did. Be careful working around the saw, even when it's off, because the teeth are extremely sharp!

Absolutely garbage! Item arrived missing paint, Hard to start, and most importantly Kill switch/button does Not function. The only way to stop the saw from running is to pull the choke out.
