Amazing product. I use during my period and it helps me stay hydrated and makes my flow less along with less cramps. I also love to use when it’s hot out and I’ve been moving around alot to get back hydration. Love the grape flavor. Perfect amount of sodium and magnesium!

I live in the Deep South and it has been a miserably hot summer. I do a lot of things outside and this helps with electrolytes but also tastes good too. Plus, I can carry it in my pocketbook and just add it to my water when needed.

My husband was becoming dehydrated from the carnivore diet which is a known side effect. This electrolyte package works great for him ! He drinks one a day and hasn’t had any issues since . He loves the taste too!

Hands down the best hydration powder...no sugar or added stuff. It works great for athletes, hangovers, etc. We drink it daily in a bottle of water to stay hydrated. No weird aftertaste. Love the grape the best but other flavors are really good too.

The media could not be loaded. I love the taste of the grape flavor, but it does not dissolve well in cold water.

I was not a huge fan of electrolytes due to the salty taste. Ultima does not have a salty taste. Grape and Blue Raspberry are my go to flavors. Looking forward to trying more due to the many flavors available.

I simply grab a bottle of water and put half of one container into the bottle. I save the second half for another bottle. It gives you the electrolyte boost you need.
