Good OE replacement for DJI Mavic Air2S
Great OE replacement for the DJI Mavic Air 2 S. I found the sound wasn't much different than normal even though these are marketed as low noise.

You can really tell the amazing quality of this product and its performance when you hear the sound of the propellers and how stable the drone flies. They fit perfectly.

Good product, works as expected.
This here is the original DJI propeller, I love the durability. The delivery was a bit late despite being a prime product but it got here which is all that mattered as I just wanted to have a backup propeller.

Nothing beat OEM
I bought these after reviewing aftermarket props, and decided it wasn't worth risking my expensive drone to save a few bucks on props.

Quality Product
These are durable and quality props, but they are really not that quite. Don't expect to be sneaking up on anyone using these...but then again, you probably shouldn't be doing that anyway.

Same the old ones.
They work as well as the old ones. I used them on my air 2 and they fit perfect. I can't hear any difference between the original and the new ones. They work great.

Horrible customer service
DJI will loose customers not because of their product qualify, but because of the grossly incompetent support staff and process.Having been a customer for years for personal and business use I have never dealt with such incompetent support.Most support staff literally have no clue. They’re all all trained to “assure you about this one” that they will take care of all issues. “But don’t worry sir, I have already did this. Or I have already done that.In practice the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with.They also do things that keep their conduct hidden. For example they purposely hang up the call before your call can go to the feedback.Or when they call they press # so the call goes to voicemail and they can say that you didn’t pick up. And they don’t call for another 24 hours.They leave a voicemail with no way to follow up back with the same person.They literally don’t understand basic information in some cases.I have never been more frustrated with customer service support.I didn’t make my mind up over one call. I have been dealing with DJI support over the last few weeks.Literally something that can be resolved in a few minutes is dragged out over weeks and months!!!And there is no way to escalate anything. You always get the “but don’t worry sir. I already send an email. Someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours”.
