Rehabbing my shoulder after surgical repair.
Just like the pulley they use in PT , the therapist recommended I go on Amazon and purchase one rather than using the flexible tubing they would provide me with. it works great over the door in my kitchen and it’s helpful for full range of motion, even for my own operated shoulder because that shoulder needs full range of motion to from being overused to compensate for my surgical repaired shoulder. This probably will be a good item to maintain full range of motion for both shoulders when I do mobility exercises after my recovery.

Convenient and easy to use
I bought this on recommendation of my physical therapist for rehab after rotator cuff surgery. I think this style with a hook for over a door is much easier to use. I only have ability to use one arm and using the kind with a strap and knob that you have tp class in a door is too hard to do with one arm. The pulley, hook and rope seem sturdy. This is meant for gentle stretching of the arm, no heavy or fast movements needed. The handles are plastic and comfortable. Again this is meant for gentle pulling. I also like that is a notch in the handle for adjusting the length of rope for your needs.

Excellent for Post Total Shoulder Replacement Surgery Rehab
I had a reverse total shoulder replacement 2 months ago and currently do physical therapy at an outside facility as well as at home. The RangeMaster Pulley allows me to bring the pulley exercise which I do at the PT facility to my home exercise program. It was easy to adjust the rope length for my height and to hook up to a door. By sitting on a chair with my surgery arm adjacent to the door with my shoulder in line with the pulley, I am able to do the pulley exercise essentially equivalent to that which I do at the PT facility. The pulley is also very portable so I plan to bring it with me when I travel.
