The Mrs. Dash website lists the following ingredients for their Original Blend: Onion, Spices (Black Pepper, Parsley, Celery Seed, Basil, Bay Marjoram, Oregano, Savory, Thyme, Cayenne Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Mustard, Rosemary), Garlic, Carrot, Orange Peel, Tomato, Lemon Juice Powder, Citric Acid, Oil of Lemon. No MSG that I could see.

I only buy one large container at a time for home use. My current purchase has 8/20 for expiration date; I have used about 1/3 of bottle. I have purchased numerous times. Always fresh and well within "best by" date.
