I order a lot of things online, so of course, sometimes I receive things that don't fit exactly right. I recently ordered two pairs of shoes that I absolutely loved, but they were just a little long. I didn't want the hassle of exchanging them, though, and I thought a size down would be a little snug. So I wore one of the pairs one day, and it kept slipping off my heels and driving me crazy. Then I remembered that you can buy heel pads. I checked amazon and found these. I chose them because I wanted exactly two pairs and they got good reviews. The reviewers were not wrong! They are perfect. My shoes now fit perfectly, and these things adhere really well.

Comfortable, amazing product

Got these for a pair of slip on Pumas (similar style to Vans). Santa accidentally got me a 1/2 size too big and I didn’t feel like returning them. So despite trying no show sock liners and adding and insole, my heel would still slip out when I walked. I ordered these heel pads and was SHOCKED that they worked perfectly. I couldn’t believe how good they worked!! Fast forward a few weeks, I feel like the “poofiness” which kept my heel down, has somewhat disappeared. My heel is now moving around slightly. I used the second pair of heel pads in a pair of athletic shoes. The adhesive didn’t seem to work well on this pair of shoes. Numerous times when I’d put my foot in the shoe, the pad would come off. Ugh. Luckily they didn’t cost much but makes me not want to wear the shoes again.

I bought these to help with the flats I bought for my wedding. My heels tend to get irritated really easily. They were relatively easy to stick on. They fit in my 8.5W flats with out a problem. They stayed put through out the wedding. Was surprised at how well they did stick. They added a little bit more cushion on the heel and created a barrier to help prevent blistering from the new shoes. I give these a 4 out of 5 because they probably could be a little cushier. But for the price, I highly recommend trying them. Great value for the product.

I bought shoes on clearance online, but they were too big and my heel was popping out (a full half size too big). I decided to try these rather than giving the shoes away since they were a final sale and I couldn't return. I originally put the pink color set in to match the shoe, and it helped a bit but my heel was still popping out as they aren't super thick. As a last ditch effort, I put the black set directly overtop the pink set - it has worked awesomely. While the black set doesn't match the inside of the shoe, it doesn't show when wearing (but if had to do again, I would have switched and put black set in first with pink set on top to blend better). They have stuck to the shoe and each other perfectly- no slipping or moving -I work 7hrs on my feet non stop and have worn these shoes about 10-15times now. If needing to fill a half size, I would say plan on doubling them up like I did. If using for comfort/blisters on the backs of your heel, a single one isn't too thick and shouldn't change the shoe size too much. If needing to fill more than half a shoe sizes, these wouldn't help.Update: I've worn these shoes to work about 75 times now (my current favorites). The heel inserts have held up perfectly without a single issue. -I'm back to buy more for a new shoe purchase where the heel just feels a bit too wide and my heel has gotten use to being hugged.

I was hoping these would help to decrease my heel sliding in my shoes and to help cushion the back of my heel against my shoes. They work ok but I wouldn’t purchase them again or recommend them. The adhesion is not that great. Perhaps it’s the material inside the back of my shoes,Maybe it’s not? I have no clue. But they are kind of stiff and pull away from my shoe. I don’t think they will last for many wears before the adhesive is gone from popping off and me reapplying several times. They did not help in trying to keep my shoe from sliding up and down my heel as I walk.For reference: I purchased a size 9 shoe, I wear a size 9. The size 8.5 was too tight and the size 9 was only slightly too big. Just big enough that sometimes the heel of my shoe slides up and down as I walk.

I haven't actually adhered them to my shoes yet because I'm waiting on a pair to arrive (wedding shoes) but I tried them on a pair of flats that I wear to work and they are awesome. The flats I have for work are too big by like... Half a size... And if I double up the pads they FINALLY FIT ME FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!!! I will definitely be buying more of these. They're really soft. I doubt I will ever wear flats without these again because I have super sensitive heels and get blisters easily. If you are looking for a sign that you should buy these, here it is. BUY THEM!
