Purrrfect! Mild but low rumble.
The media could not be loaded. Spent alot of time researching and trying to hit this nail on the head. I hate welding under a car, so it was important I do this job only once! Made the 4.0 on the jeep sound throaty with a little rumble. Not too loud. I didn't want it too loud and I hate highway drone. Even for the short wheel base the jeep is just audible at highways speeds for me to enjoy but not so loud a little volume on the stereo can't cover it up. Thicker material, great weight and pretty tough enamel. Going on 3 weeks and I'm still smiling when I run the old jeep.

Removed all drone
I bought these to put on the wife’s twin turbo Explorer ST in combination with the MBRP axle back exhaust. I hated the factory tips so MBRP offered an axle back kit which removed the two rear mufflers and added nice 3” tips. Problem with their kit was the drone was horrible in the cab. I welded these dual chamber mufflers in, one on each side, and the drone is GONE. It’s just slightly deeper at idle so it sounds great.

Not too loud but it isn't quiet
Installed on 03 tahoe with 5.3. Sounds great with a deep idle especially cold starts. Gets nice and quiet once at cruising highway speeds but can get pretty loud when you give it the beans. Good quality amd good price.

Worth the money!
I have a 2020 Silverado w a 5.3L that’s basically stock. Had a shop weld it on and still have the rest of the stock exhaust on it. I love the sound, it’s a little deeper and throatier sounding than the stock muffler. It’s not too loud, but it’ll growl when u give it some gas. I drive 52 miles one way to work and I think it actually saved me some mpg too! It’s well made and I would totally buy it again. Great bang for the buck!!!

LOUDER THAN MY FLOWMASTER 40
Just replaced muffler on stock Chevy Silverado. Did the same on another same pickup with a Flowmaster 40 and this is definitely louder, a little of drone inside between 20 and 40mph. cruising speed OK

Sounds just like a flowmaster 40 series. Very well constructed. Will for sure buy again!
