Battery arrived DOA and won't charge...
I am extremely disappointed having to take apart my HTC One M8 to replace the battery only to discover that the replacement battery is not charging. I tested the battery with my electronics multitester and the new battery does makes a circuit but it cannot hold a charge, so basically it's defective. Then I had to remove the battery after reassembly of my HTC One M8, so basically I had to take apart my phone twice. This is unacceptable. I ought to be compensated by the seller for my lost time doing this useless repair.

Not sure if it was the tech (me) or the battery
Taking apart the phone (HTC M8) to get to the battery is not a simple process. Once I completed the battery installation the battery would not charge. I wasn’t able to address the issue, I gave up and returned the battery as potentially defective. Thank you Amazon for your flexible return policy on this product.One nice surprise was the battery package includes the tools you need to complete the battery replace the task.
