This capo is well made. The clamp area has what appears to be black rubber on top and bottom to protect the guitar finish and the strings. The spring is sturdy, appropriately strong, and quick and easy to adjust. The adjusting screw is a nice size and easy to use, One side of the squeeze handle has a notch for doing string replacement. The finish is a rich wood grain pattern, and is smooth and pleasing to the touch. It fits perfectly on my instrument, and the grip is comfortable. This capo is slender, looks nice, and works perfectly. I had a bit of trouble with the it on the second fret when I played a C chord, but tightening the adjusting screw fixed it immediately. I love that it’s slender, smooth, and so easy to use.

I bought this for my acoustic guitar and the faux wood finish matches well with the guitar. It's very nicely constructed and fits perfectly.

This adjustable spring-loaded capo is impressive. Sometimes a regular capo can cause intonation issues depending on the width of the neck on the guitar you're using. This adjustable design allows you easily use the same capo for a skinny electric or the largest acoustic body design you may have in your collection.

Playing in various alternate tunings (which I always do), this good-looking capo does the trick on making a cool alternate tuning even more 'alternate' and all the strings remain 'in tune' no matter where you place the capo. Very cool (& good looking) value!

I couldn’t tell you the difference between a top tier and a low tier capo. But this one works for me and does what I needed it to do.

First thing I like that it is adjustable my guitar has tall Frets and very easy to pull notes Sharp with a heavy spring. Only thing I would like better is if it was possible to make it with even less tension. Other than that so far it's the best capo I've used.

Premium feel and finish. The faux wood looks better in real life than in the pictures. Rubber keeps its shape, crosses all 6 strings well, and fits in the neck snugly. Does the job well!
