Great wire for doing ECL repairs or making wire wrap circuits. Have use the stuff for years and would not use any other.

I'm using this wire for bodge repairs and the like on small projects. Works great and the wire is pretinned all the way through.I would recommend for any fine wire needs.

I bought this wire for a work project. It works great for my needs.

It's not the best for performing 30AWG wire mods on PCBs because of its low heat threshold. Other than that, it's wire... good for maybe bread boards?

I'm not sure this s/b called a "wrapping" wire because the tensile strength is so poor that it breaks in one's hands. Thus, it doesn't "wrap" well. And, good luck trying to feed it off the spool... it's a mess as multiple strands pop off with routine handling.I would have given this item a lower rating, but part of the issue is of my own making... I didn't realize that such a small diameter wire would have so little tensile strength. That's on me, but still...
