Permasteel 80-Qt Classic Outdoor Patio Cooler for Outside, Beverage Bar Cart With Wheels & Handles, Retro Design

I ordered the Permasteel cooler in mint. It was very easy to assemble especially if you use a socket wrench to tighten all the nuts quickly. My only complaints are that the knobs on top feel plasticky. Wish they were steel. Second complaint is that as soon as children go into the cooler the lid is on the floor. In our case it fell onto the flagstone patio and chipped just a tiny bit…. It’s a design flaw, not a kid flaw, though. There is no way to latch it other than maybe a bungee cord or something. If anybody out there knows of a specific latch for this product I’d love to know about it. It’s adorable though and so nice to not have guests on the ground fishing out drinks from a cooler.

The color is not as bright as advertised and that's great. My friends think it looks antique. Easy to put together even though I had a different combination of bolts than advertised. I did have enough total. It's huge inside and will be great on my new gazebo!

I had to wait for a long time for these coolers to be available and then ordered it THREE times. First time Amazon sent me RED, second time it was the right color but dented, and third time was a complete and utter charm.The quality is super high since it's all powder-coated steel and I bought a cover for it to keep it in ship shape offseason. Worth the wait and the heartbreak – I love this thing and it makes the patio really pop.

No real instructions to show how to assemble. There were quite a few different screws but not specidfic as to where they went. We made a few errors and had to diassemble becuase of that. Otherwise it is a GREAT cooler. The ice stayed solid for quite a few hours. Very impressed.

It took three days for ice to melt completely. The only suggestion I have is to add a sealer around the rim of lid to prevent sliding when opening as fits a little loose. This however does not affect the ice longevity.

I purchased this, put it together, filled it with ice and drinks for my party. It’s perfectly nice and went together fairly easily. However, the next morning, I noticed puddles of water around the legs. It appears that condensation from around the outside of the cooler interior is leaking through The leg joints. Should I tighten them? Should I put a small bead of silicone and then reattach? What should I do to prevent this condensation leakage. Also does this condensation ever drain out through the drain? I’m guessing it’s the condensation since there do not appear to be any defects in the interior cooler. I don’t see how water from the melting ice could’ve gotten to where the legs connect. Please advise.

Besides it looking great. It keeps the ice for almost 48 hours!

I’ve called a few times on this product! Box came damaged therefore the product was bent and had it about a month and it’s rusted, it was almost $200. They will do nothing to make it right on Amazon, they will keep passing you to different reps and ask you to send it back. Once put together, it’s fairly large. Don’t waste your money. Amazon has poor customer service.
