DO NOT BUY TO POWER LAPTOP (low powered laptops
EDITED:The folks at Juno contacted me and tried to resolve my "power laptop" functionality. I was never able to use the JUNO to power my HP Elite or my Surface pro BUT the device was able to jump my 370z.EDITED:so, I love the first Junopower device as I use it for an older car that has challenges in the winter.I bought the PRO with the DOCK to power my low powered Lenovo x1 carbon when traveling over seas,IT DOES NOT WORK.Now Juno will either say the laptop is too powerful (seriously!!!) or the device is not powered fully. This is NOT the case.The device WORKS if I plug the device into a power strip and then connect to my laptop. er.... This is NOT what I bought this for and cannot do this on a 8 hour flight.So... either I have a defective device (Juno doesnt respond to my EMAILS!!!!!!) or the device was sold deceptively.waiting to hear from someone....

Does not hold up
I received a Juno Jumper last Christmas and used it several time to start my elderly Ford Ranger after the battery had run down, Most recently I had the same problem....I know its time to get a new battery....and the damn thing would not work. Luckily my father had always encouraged me to carry jumper cables so I was able to overcome the Juno Jumper short comings. I tried to contact the company to help diagnose the problem to no avail. I am giving 2 stars because it did work a couples of times but, give me a break, this thing is just a high tech toy which could leave you in the lurch. My recommendation get a good set of jumper cables. In addition the company makes itself scarce on line so if you need help of want to report a problem your out of luck.

Fantastic product
I have been buying JUNO Power products for quite a while now. All of their products are amazing. This newest product of theirs is absolutely amazing. It is extremely powerful and everyone should carry one of these in their car at all times. My 2009 town and country mini van's batter died the day after we had that record breaking snow here in NY. The batter was 7 years old. I took out my Jumpr, put it on the car battery and within seconds, my 7 year old dead battery was working fine again. I can't recommend this product enough.
