THE PRO 12 IS AN EXCELLENT ANDROID TABLET WITH A FULL-SIZE KEYBOARD!
The tablet I purchased before the Pro 12, a Simbans Tango Tab 10 inch tablet, is very cheaply built and I believe will probably fall apart at any time (and I am very careful with all of the things that I buy, and especially computers).I have found the Pro 12 tablet to be a much better, if not a little costlier, tablet, and it is a much better tablet, a Pro 12 (made by RCA) with WiFi and a 12.2 inch touchscreen, which don't have any problems with it, and has a full-width keyboard (my fingers are way too big for the smaller keyboard) that is much easier for me to type on it. It also has, in my opinion, a much better attachment for the keyboard to the tablet, a magnetic one, which is much more secure as well as flexible than my Simbans Tango Tab 10 inch tablet (of which I have already within 2 days broke one of two tabs holding the tablet to the keyboard since it is so cheaply made). Thanks for reading my review of this product, and I would highly recommend purchasing a Pro 12 Android tablet instead of this tablet as it is made much more secure and solid than the Tango Tab 10 inch tablet, and has a bigger and better screen to it. You can find the Pro 12 on Amazon.com and selling for about $181.99 but the extra costs are well-worth it for a much better tablet.

Better than expected
I decided to wait before I give this review. Now it's been over a year and I still use it I got it because I wanted something to view my sheet music on. Now I use it for writing papers, reading books, and occasional web browsing. It is easy to use. It takes a long time to charge, but I've experienced the battery lasting as long as 24 hours with 12 hours of active use. It has a proprietary charger, but also uses a micro usb charger. On board storage is adequate for my purposes, but you can always add a memory card. It has a usb port which works beautifully. I can't say enough good things about this tablet. My only complaint, is that browsing the internet too long can cause Chrome to stop responding for a few seconds. The bright side is when you get the option to wait or end the program, you can pick wait and it will work immediately. In summary, I'm glad I made this purchase and I hope to continue using this tablet which I treat like a mini laptop now.

Good tablet for the price....BUT! Don't expect it to be a Samsung, or Surface
The touch screen is not the best.it is hard to watch videos during the day. The glass seems to be hazy / foggy! I have a hard time with some apps that require small movements or precise placement of objects. I found using a mouse greatly helps. The WiFi antenna seems week. I cannot go a third of the distance from my router compared to my Samsung. The battery doesn't last past 2 hours which is a big pain for me. I was and are very anal when it comes to conditioning the battery and keep it charged when setting idle. I was going to return the unit but found I had taken 1 day to long in trying to decide. For the price it is an ok tablet.

Budget Joy
*UPDATE*Nine months after purchase ( Feb/2018) everthing still going well. With the Android port of OpenOffice installed, I can do real work on this thing. It's my go-to for video (Amazon, CBS, Netflix, FOX, Vudu, etc.,) and makes a great comics reader. Still very content with this purchase, and would recommend for anyone on a budget.3 weeks after purchase, I'm very pleased with my Pro12. Construction seems solid, and performance is excellent for a budget tablet. 2GB of working memory means nothing really lags. It charges fast ("fast" means fast enough to suit me, i.e., about 2 hours for 50%) on the dedicated pin port, and battery life has been good so far. The keyboard feels solid and the keys have good travel. The speaker is tinny, but gets reasonably loud compared to some other budget tablets. Wifi & Bluetooth are both solid, connecting faster even than my i7 ASUS laptop. I'm surprised that the 8mp rear camera takes pretty good pictures; not like my iPhone, but not bad. I could wish that the max brightness were higher. I would love an update to Android 7, but I won't hold my breath. I know that cheaper electronics are a bit of gamble, so I will update if anything changes for the worse.

Comes with Android 6.0
I use an Android tablet with Mobile Sheets Pro software to display music usually in portrait mode as I am performing. I was looking for a 13.3" tablet at first, but it seems the only ones available in that size are fairly old technology (Android 4.0) and with limited memory and close to the $500US price point. I was very pleased to see that the 12.2" size doesn't make my eyes struggle. Also this is the first tablet I have had with a detachable keyboard and it works very well. Much more convenient to use than the typical virtual keyboard. If the physical keyboard is disconnected a virtual one appears when needed. It appears there is good support for this product and it is identified by other computers as CT9223W97 and if you need support you can Google it as CT9223W97 or Pro12 and current relevant topics show up in the search. This became necessary because mine arrived with the identity of an engineer in it (on a new computer?) and I needed to learn how to do a reset to factory condition. Once I reset it, it is MINE and does everything I need it to do. Pretty darn good for an under-$200 machine, I would say!
