Morphy Richards cutie Juicer Mixer Grinder

The material quality is not at all good. Didn't expect a Morphy Richard's product to turn out like this. May be it's not the original product. When I was juicing carrots & beetroots in the juicer, it got stuck, and when I re-started it after cleaning the pulp, it was juicing but plastic from the bottom of the mesh started eroding. Surprisingly it also got mixed in the juice. I was unaware and even started drinking the juice. Only then I realized that there are very tiny plastic pieces in the juice. I am so scared now as unknowingly I happened to drink this juice which had plastic pieces!! Both Amazon & Morphy Richards will have to take the responsibility for this if any health issue occurs because of this bad quality juicer. I want a replacement or some other solution from both Amazon & Morphy Richards for selling duplicate & bad quality product to me.

The product is average and no issue while using. However, after few months the motor gave problem. Took nearly 6 months for the service center to get it repaired under warranty

1.till one year machine ran ok but then started having problem like failed to take load 2.after a month same problem again

This is a nice product with all in one facility and got it at great price.

Good product for non citrus fruit juice, like carrots, beetroot, tomatoes, apples etc.Do not try orange or mausammi or keenu. It will give you bitter taste as the seeds also get crushed.For past one year its giving good service. However, the top plastic cover is of poor quality. On falling on the floor, it broke.Had to be fixed with feviquick. I wonder whether its available new.The jar as shown in the picture did not come
