I think these are a little large for me. My feet hurt using these and when not using them. I have high arches and was looking for something to help. Family and friends recommended inserts, but maybe these arent meant for high arches or maybe they just don't fit me right.

FANTASTIC inserts!! I have them in many of my shoes ... every athletic shoe ... my boots ... love the half soles as well as the full sole inserts. These are a fraction of the ones sold in many retail stores but mfg by the same company. LOVE THEM!!!

Absolutely my favorite
Having worn custom-made orthotics since the age of 5, these are hands down my favorites. They are very strong plastic which takes some getting used to, but once you're used to it, they last longer than any arch supports I've owned. They last 6 months of continual wear including running, volleyball and everyday wear.
