After using Skura sponges since 2019, I can confidently say they are worth every penny. Everyone knows how gross kitchen sponges can get - they start smelling funky, fall apart, or just stop working well. I've tried pretty much every brand at Target and that I found online before finding these.The scrubber side is seriously impressive. It tackles stuck-on food without scratching my pans, which is exactly what I need since we often deal with stuck-on messes in our kitchen ("I'll get to it tomorrow..."). The regular sponge side holds up really well - the material doesn't disintegrate into little pieces or easily rip.But the best part? These genuinely don't smell. Not after a week, not after two weeks. Even after being left to soak in nasty water or whatever was just wiped off the counter. That alone makes them worth the higher price tag compared to regular sponges.Minor nitpick: The "S" indicator that tells you when to replace the sponge does fade a bit faster than it used to. I've adapted by just waiting until I can barely see the center of the S before switching to a new one.Yes, they're more expensive than basic sponges, but I'm not constantly replacing them due to smell or deterioration. Sometimes spending a bit more actually saves money in the long run. These little kitchen heroes have earned their permanent spot in my home!TLDR: If you're tired of constantly replacing smelly, ineffective sponges, give these a try. They're durable, odor-resistant, and actually work well for tough cleaning jobs. Your nose (and dishes) will thank you!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using these for a bit now and the thing I love most is the smart logo feature. When the logo starts to fade, that’s your cue to toss and replace. No guessing, no wondering how long it’s been sitting by the sink.They also don’t get that musty sponge smell and hold up way better than the cheap packs I used to buy. They look nice on the counter too which, yes, matters when you’re in your kitchen all the time.If you’re the kind of person who wants a clean, functional kitchen with as little brainpower as possible spent on sponges, this is worth trying.

For the last 10 years I have been using Debbie Meyers Genius sponges and starting back in November of 2023 I was needing to re-order but was unable to find them instock anywhere. I did some research and came across these Skura smart kitchen sponges. I was skeptical at first as to how they were going to perform especially being so inexpensive at $14 - $15 for the pack, 1/3 the cost of what I had been paying for the previous brand. So I have waited 5 months to review them.Out of the package they do have a slight smell, but that quickly goes away after you start using them and they work great. Just like the Debbie Meyers Genius Sponges they do not develop an odor of any kind. They are easy on non stick pots and pans and clean very well. Also, they do not let food of any kind stick to them. Melted cheese, eggs, and other hard to remove foods while washing dishes fall right off the sponges with just flowing water. They also have marking on the sponges which are indicators that they are ready to or should be replaced. We have been getting about 2 months of dish washing with the sponges.The only draw back I have noticed with these sponges versus what I have been using the last 10 years is that they do not hold dish soap in quit as long as the Debbie Meyers Genius Sponges. So you are having to use more soap while hand washing, but no where nearly the amount you would use if you were using a sponge purchased at your local grocery store or Walmart.Overall we are very satisfied and would recommend these sponges if you are looking for inexpensive sponges that will last weeks or months versus days like the sponges found at the local market.

After purchasing a variety of sponges from every price point, I can definitely say that these sponges are worth the price and deliver on their promise. They've cleaned every surface I've thrown at them effectively and efficiently. Cast iron, stainless steel, porcelain and wooden and they have not torn, split or crumbled after a month of use. They haven't damage any of the surfaces they're been used to clean and nothing stuck to them (cheese, eggs, oats, etc.) They clean easily with plain water. I'm happily satisfied and will recommend.

I have used these sponges for years. They work really well and last a very long time. Best of all, they do not smell with long term use.

Excellent sponge work amazing I try different sponges some food sticks hard to take off but this sponge doesn’t do that Durable no smell, the right thickness for pots appearance is cute love it Highly recommend…..

I’m so amazed! I said to my husband “Aren’t these the best sink sponges?” And he was like “Yeah I like them, wait is that still the first one?” And I said “Yes! I can’t hardly believe it!” It’s been almost two weeks and not a bad smell yet! I am so sold on these!!

While it cleaned very well, the top surface is so rough it scratched the skin off the sides of my fingers. Pricey for a sponge that hurts.
