That the price point was a little lower so I could justify indulging in this liquid gold more often. It's definitely a splurge, but worth every penny. If they could bring the price down a bit, I'd be buying this more often.

Delicious and the bourbon smell is prominent

I am only giving 4 stars because based on the photos I thought I was purchasing a sampler with multiple smaller bottles, not a single larger bottle. But anyway the bottle I did get was pretty big and looked great as a nice gift. The vendor erroneously sent the wrong bottle and they caught the error. To fix it they sent me another bottle, the one I originally ordered, free of charge and with no hassle and they sent me a coupon which was so nice. I was short a gift and sadly I needed to give my bonus bottle away. But on another note I saw later that this was one of Oprah's favorite things for 2016. I didn't even know that, I thought that was pretty cool. The gift we very well received and the recipients said the syrup was delicious.

Stuff is so good you could create a religion around it.

I have this weird fondness for waffles. No idea why. That said, waffles for the most part aren't huge on the flavor scale no matter what you put in them. So, you have to find something flavorful to put ON them. This syrup is slightly smokey and boozy. In a very good way. It compliments the maple flavor immensely. My only complaint is the size of the bottle for the price. But, even with that being my complaint, I'll still be buying this again because of hope good it is.
