We have a 9" cabinet that was pretty useless. I got this and it solved the problem. The unit doesn't accommodate a lot of stuff, but that's the nature of a 9" face frame cabinet--you lose a lot of space. The shelves on this unit are 19.75" deep and 4.25 wide after the metal side rails are taken into account. The top opening is 3.75" since those side rails are wood. We only installed two of the shelves and use it for storing tall bottles.As other reviews have said, it wobbles from side to side at the top. We added some thin felt furniture pads to the plastic bumpers to narrow the gap and keep it straight. It works perfectly now, but I can't credit the manufacturer with that one, so 4 stars.

While the glides are nice and smooth and the soft close works well, the whole assembly is floppy. What I mean is that you can push the cabinet over to the side very easily, so it will kinda of wobble back and forth as you try to close the door. Other pullout assemblies have not had this, so I'm not sure why this one does. And it may only be at this size.It was also hard to install because of this. We had a problem with the base being perfectly level, and since this assembly will let the pull out part flop left or right, it would flop completely over and touch the side of the cabinet when not perfectly level. I guess that made it a little easier to know when you had it level finally, but was such a pain to install.Now that it's in, we just make sure to close it slowly so it stays straight as it goes in. Not really a huge deal, but not as nice as other pullouts we have in the kitchen.

Easy installation and very high quality slides. I didn't have any trouble with side to side motion as some others have said. I installed the felt covered bumpers which keeps it from wobbling side to side. It's a great addition to a cabinet we didn't really utilize well. The only problem I had was installing the bumpers because they require drilling a hole and, since I didn't have a right angle drill handy, I had to drill the holes at an angle since the cabinet opening is only 5 inches. But they function fine. One tip I would suggest is if you attach the door (which I highly recommend), use double sided tape to position the door, gently pull out the unit and clamp it together so you can screw in the brackets. Came out great!

Great for extra storage. The adjustable shelves help one accommodate things of various sizes. Needs to be installed in a 9” cabinet.

Simple install, if you're redoing your kitchen install before counter tops! After can be tricky but still possible. Smooth operation and keeps the spices in their place.

Purchased this for a customer to replace a crappy one and they are more than satisfied.

It seems good. It's wobbley though. Not sure what the reason is for that.
