I run quite warm in bed regardless of the weather (also have a dog laying on top of me!) it’s really easy to use they’re mid sized but you get a pack of 2, they last quite a bit but do need swapping out if you are sitting in bed ontop of them, doesn’t take long for it to cool down again. You can’t really feel it underneath you just the nice coolness, it performs really well and seems to last long. I can use it in bed or use it sat on my office chair when I feel warm.Fair price, comfortable to lay on. Can’t complain for the price

Helped me to sleep last night on a very humid night. You can use without putting in the fridge but I was so hot and uncomfortable I found it was nicer really chilled. Just wish they would stay cold longer. Reasonably priced and does what it's meant to.

I love these.They draw the heat away from you, so are really good in summer if you're prone to overheating.They do fit into pillowcases alongside the pillow, but I've found that having it in one place can get very cold, so I like to be able to move it to where it's needed.They're fairly thin, so not bulky at all.I tend to use one until it stops being cooling, then swap it out with the other one, and cycle them like that.(they reset themselves after a while if you put it to one side. Not to be put in the fridge or freezer!)Good for travelling, and if you're sitting in a hot room, as well as in bed.Fab product, many thanks!

I put it under my bedsheet, it's very cold to start with but after a couple of hours seems to absorb my heat and hold it. It's ok most of the time but really irritating and unhelpful during the new hot summers we're having. I tend to start off with it on the bed and get frustrated and pull it off during the night.Mine hasn't leaked and I move it around quite a lot. I'm 5'10 and it covers me from shoulders to top of my legs, so it's a decent size. Comfy to lay on. Not sure I'd buy it again due to it holding heat, not really effective for a full night during hot summer.

Bought these for my boys to keep them cool to fall asleep.On opening the boxes looked mouldy as shown in he picture and the mats were dirty. They didn't smell and did come clean with disinfectant wipe but I don't expect to receive new products in that state.Quality seemed OK but after laying on them for 10mins they became warm, by morning they might as well have been sleeping on a heated blanket.The pet ones I have from aldi are much better quality, stay cool much longer and are less than half the price for the same size.

Great pillows. Nice & cool. Well pleased buying them. Will let my family & friends if they want new pillows.

Liked the size I can use them as cooling pads for aching joints too and put them in the fridge. Doesn't stay cool enough for very long though
